While what he was convicted of is fairly minor from the details given, the felony question on an application generally looks like this:
Have you ever been convicted of a Felony? [ ]Yes [ ]No
Its hard to explain it if you are only given an 'X' to answer it.
- jack-r-abbit 12y agoEvery one that I have seen has a follow up: If yes, please explain. But maybe that is more to do with location. As noted by another HNer, we're not as concerned about that in the SF Bay Area.
