Thanks for sharing Patrick. I never would have guessed that you had a stutter from your MicroConf talks. I'm glad this topic is being discussed. Even though I am relatively young (I turn 18 next week), can code and sell, I've always had a fear that my speech would prevent me from being a "real entrepreneur" (whatever that means), so it's good to see examples of people not letting their speech problems hinder their success.
