I have developed a much much simpler variation for myself which is actually nothing more than a personal clone from old school del.icio.us: http://i.imgur.com/7jnTyvC.png http://i.imgur.com/7jnTyvC.png I use it now for almost 5 years and have more than 10 thousands bookmarks in it. If there is any interest, I will put it up on Github.
