  Tested and working with recent Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari 6.1+, IE 10+. https://www.passwordprotectmyfile.com/faq https://www.passwordprotectmyfile.com/faq. It uses, among others, the Blob API so will not work on older browsers.
