Copying entire works (even a blog post counts) is not fair use.

- Amezarak 13y agoThere have been several cases where courts ruled that copying an entire work was fair use. Substantiality is only one of the considerations. For example, in Kelly v. Arriba Soft Corporation, the court ruled that even though they had copied the entire work, it was OK because that's how much they needed to copy for their intended (otherwise legitimate, commercial, and transformative) use.
