  Hmmm... Adblock Edge ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-edge/ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-edge/ ) with one of the privacy filter lists ( https://easylist.adblockplus.org/en/ https://easylist.adblockplus.org/en/ ) would do in that case.
