    Licensed under a slightly modified "Q Public License": http://www.observium.org/wiki/Developing_for_Observium#Licensing http://www.observium.org/wiki/Developing_for_Observium#Licen... http://opensource.org/licenses/QPL-1.0 http://opensource.org/licenses/QPL-1.0 So not totally sucky, it's still open source and free beer.

      You can't redistribute it (even though they include GPLv2'd code with it). That's not exactly free.
