they just published a free chapter for the third book that is running on a kickstarter right now. You can checkout the free chapter here: http://www.realpython.com/preview/ http://www.realpython.com/preview/ Should give you some idea about the quality.

I think they're a little more aimed at a slightly beginner audience.
