How do you deal with payscale?? Do you decide just some market rate or do you decide how much worth is their work? Doesn't it complicate when you have a business partner?
- jnardiello 13y agoPayscale is balanced with current market rates. For us all it was always an easy topic anyway. I guess that the fact that we are italians helped a lot as we value very little individual wealth and give a lot of importance to family savings. Currently (mom joined about 1 year ago, my dad little less than 6 months) they are happy with what they get.
