We currently are #1 in Top Rated in our category of Mattresses & Box Springs which is the category that encompasses all of those products. We aren't ranked as the #1 Best seller which we don't mean to cause any confusion with. Those are typically Prime only products and those are ranked by sales volume. There may also be a difference in ranking if you're in a region that we don't ship to such as outside of the USA. I'm not sure how Amazon differs rankings by country.
