I think this comes from the fact that Bitcoin transactions cant be refunded, but PayPal ones can be. So buyer could cancel the purchase and keep bitcoin with me

I think this comes from the fact that Bitcoin transactions cant be refunded, but PayPal ones can be.
So buyer could cancel the purchase and keep bitcoin with merchant being unable to do anything.
