I disagree, it demonstrates that the US government has a hard time prosecuting Russians.
- wyclif 13y agoActually, it only demonstrates the effect of the lack of an extradition treaty with Russia.
- socillion 13y agoWe're splitting hairs here, so what about the possibility of Russian and US law enforcement cooperating under the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty, or similar agreements, but not extraditing?
