My only experience with indian coders is their listings on freelancing sites that bid very low. Far lower than would sustain a person in the west. 200$ to make a copy of Gmail. Stuff like that. My question to y'all is: why is it that I have not yet heard a "we hired indians to code x, and the code was really well done and documented"-comment from anyone yet? Is it because good indian / paki / nearby coders do not exist, or because they're hired, do the job well and nobody has a reason to mention their work to anyone else?
