When I entered my zip code, the site stated that my state, Arkansas, is running its own exchange. In fact, Arkansas defaulted to the federal exchange.

When I entered my zip code, the site stated that my state, Arkansas, is running its own exchange. In fact, Arkansas defaulted to the federal exchange.
