The sensor list has an interesting addition (Hall Effect). I'd be curious to see how it's implemented and how to interface with it. Possibly connected with the wireless charging support?

- zokier 13y agoI suspect it is for covers, like the one for SGS3[1], and allow automatic sleep when cover is closed, like what Kindle does. - patmcc 13y agoLikely for the smart case you see linked on the bottom of the page - likely when a magnet is brought near it goes to sleep, and wakes when it's moved away.
