There is Objective DDP (https://github.com/boundsj/ObjectiveDDP https://github.com/boundsj/ObjectiveDDP) and a Java DDP Client (https://github.com/kutrumbo/java-ddp-client https://github.com/kutrumbo/java-ddp-client) although I haven't yet seen a finished product (i.e. a native app that talks to a Meteor app).
But it's certainly possible.
