My understanding is that Facebook uses random peoples name/picture to promote anything they want. Google uses your Name/picture to show that you have reviewed/+1/etc. something. Facebook is lying, which is Evil. Google is showing your friends things you chose +1, review, etc. People keep throwing around the word evil as if it's anything that they disagree with.
