Let's hope this isn't the new Dreamweaver!
- leishulang 13y agoDreamweaver generates a lot of nested tables and I don't think google will do that sort of thing. (do like bootstrap though)
- sigzero 13y agoIf the source code of that page is any indication then "no" it doesn't look like it is generating tables. It is using div etc.
- josefresco 13y agoDW doesn't "generate" tables ..maybe you're thinking of exported Fireworks images? Those generate tables to create "sliced" images.

- LandoCalrissian 13y agoIs Dreamweaver heavily used anymore? I don't honestly know, I haven't worked with anyone that used it in at least 7 years or so.
- josefresco 13y agoI started with DW back in 1999 as a crutch while I learned markup and styling. Gradually phasing out the visual editor over the years I got so accustomed to the code editor (highlighting/shortcuts) that I still use (and prefer) it. DW got/gets a bad name because of it's visual editor (and therefore lower bar of entry) but it's no better/worse than any other visual editor.
- bliker 13y agoSadly it is introduced as industry standard for many students. Mainly for design schools where they also require Photoshop.
- camus 13y agoYou never used Dreamweaver in your life. It has a great template system which make it easy to generate static websites, live inspection with an embedded webkit engine , and a very good style manager. Dreamweaver is definetly productive when it comes to integration or prototyping.
