I don't know the current state of high density display support in X11 (and I may just be an ignorant user and plain old wrong about this), but it was a totally broken deal breaker for me a year ago.
- drivebyacct2 13y agoIt's okay, more or less fine with two notable exceptions. There's no way that I know of to increase the chrome size in Chrome (oh well, I've switched back to Firefox anyway), and the systray icons don't grow (the applets and all that jazz do, but not the systray stuff, which I try to minimize anyway). Otherwise, yeah, you can bump the DPI or bump the font sizes, whatever floats your boat. I use it on my Chromecast Pixel all the time. (KDE 4.11)
