- at-fates-hands 13y agoThey actually talked pretty extensively about this in the documentary "The Smartest Guys in the Room". I just remember watching with my jaw on the floor wondering why an organization would pit employees against each other like that. The fact MS continued to adhere to it after Enron's collapse is stunning.
