For the record I mandated that CDBaby define the process for which they make copyright claims, how they handle due diligence for any preexisting media copyrighted or not. I mandated this after being shrugged off three times in a row, once during email correspondence with CDBaby support "manager." Nothing was ever clarified. I keep using "manager" in quotes because their lower support rep and the "manager" shared the same name..
