Except that go is a garbage collected language and as such will never be a replacement for C++. I could however see C++ dying, leaving C and go behind.

- popee 13y agoIf rust could do that (someone hacked and remove GC), I'm sure go authors will figure something out. Well, guess it all depends on interest on that topic.
