The thing that concerns me the most if how unresponsive Google has proven to be when someone files a complaint about being wrongly chosen for having their account suspended. What's going to happen when someone's kid starts up a Minecraft server to play with his friends and Google suspends their Fiber account due to it. Most likely - they won't respond. I hate to see them turn into the next Comcast.
- nathanb 13y agoTo me, this is one of the most serious concerns about Google Fiber. Google's legendarily bad customer support (motto: make a product that keeps 85% of your customers happy and ignore the unhappy minority) combined with something as important as a home Internet connection? No thanks.
