"no doubt I'm already paying for the service, but five days later, I'm still awaiting setup." I'm a long time OVH customer and I can ensure you that your contract term will start only when you get your server. As far as I know the first 1000 "3euros" servers got sold faster than they thought. Now they are building new ones. Be patient, your server is coming. ;-)
