I've been a fan of the Kinesis Freestyle keyboards for years http://www.kinesis-ergo.com/freestyle2.htm http://www.kinesis-ergo.com/freestyle2.htm. They're a little more expensive than most, but totally worth the price. I never could get used to the MS Ergo keyboards, same experience, the keys take too much effort. Bonus, all of my wrist pain as disappeared since switching to the Freestyle.
