41 here. I have found the same thing. There are so many things in languages, paradigms, tech as a whole that are familiar... problems that took too long to solve 20 years ago are easier now because I know the feel of the problem, how to approach it, etc. Pretty sure I cannot put in as many hours though. Wish I had learned to put in fewer earlier.
