Just seems like typical retailing to me. Non mass-market books don't get discounts. If someone is really searching to purchase "Jim Harrison: A Comprehensive Bibliography, 1964-2008", they're probably going to buy it with or without the discount attached. Btw, Kindle price of "Born to Lose" is $9.34 at the moment. Seems like a good discount to me.

Amazon kindle price here is US$20.35 even though I'm using Amazon.com. Usual excuse for gouging us here is the cost of transport to our small market. Never thought that applied to electrons too :(
