1. Many countries with good care are on the verge of bankruptcy. 2. Sad to hear. 3. From what I gather, the corruption in the construction industry extremely bad there. 4. Are they really worse than any other country? Starting off of the base of the previous regime, there's obviously going to be a lot of work to do.
