When it says "within five minutes all known" does it mean that the ISP translates the IP address with the name of the person who signed the contract with the Provider?
- zorbo 13y agoI don't know about the US, but there's a project here in the Netherlands where ISPs can voluntary submit that information to a central databank where law enforcement can access it. There's some due process that has to be done before law enforcement may access it, but it's been shown that the process is faulty or not adhered too.
