The problem here wasn't that he was accused, but that the entire case was seemingly going through based on an interpretation of the primary evidence, as opposed to the evidence itself, which seems ridiculous to me.
- user24 13y agoOne wonders what would have happened if he had, in fact, pleaded guilty.
- betterunix 13y agoI am more concerned about the possibility that this is not unique, that it happens all the time, and that people wind up pleading guilty because they think they have no chance of winning the trial.
