Hey, thanks for the comment. Looking to add something now. Apparently this is the most 'open' and least restrictive of the CC licenses: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/deed.en_US http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/deed.en_US but it still says we would need to attribute the author which we don't require.
- angersock 13y agoComedy option: WTFPL. (Use the CC stuff if you can.)
- mr_luc 13y agoOr how about the IWSU license? https://github.com/mrluc/node-dbp-irctweet/blob/master/LICENSE.md https://github.com/mrluc/node-dbp-irctweet/blob/master/LICEN...
- usea 13y agoThere's also CC0 which puts the work into the public domain http://creativecommons.org/choose/zero/ http://creativecommons.org/choose/zero/
- mikaelcho 13y agoAwesome. Thanks. Added this text "do whatever you want" and linked to that license: http://cl.ly/image/3J0C3L1R301B http://cl.ly/image/3J0C3L1R301B
- tav 13y agoThanks for putting the works into the public domain Mikael! You should link to the actual license though: http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/ http://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/ Thank you again and good luck with the effort!
- bradly 13y agoThis may be dumb question, but can you use an open source license like the MIT license for something like this?
