If someone wants specific evidence there is a Frontline episode on education that features UoP heavily. In addition, UoP is basically a parasitic entity exploiting a loophole. They take federal money intended to provide access to useful education, and people who think a degree will improve their marketability, fail to deliver to either party and pocket a percentage.
