I come under young as I am 25 :) .. most of the +40 people I saw are in manager positions or they go towards architect level jobs
- bediger4000 13y agoIsn't your observation confirmation, rather than disproof? How many developers does your shop have? How many architects? I imagine the ratio is something like 1 architect to 25-50 developers. Not every developer can graduate to architect.
