Sometimes that's the best way to do it. HIPAA requirements are a pain, but they exist for a reason.
- pc86 13y agoAgreed, I automatically exempt anything dealing with healthcare or finances from stuff like this. I definitely don't want my bank emailing me customer service messages which could contain who knows what kind of sensitive information.
