- milanello1 13y agobut how would I find out if I'm a carrier of this mutation?? I mean sometimes for days on end I can do with 4hrs of sleep and then there are times I look like death with 4hrs...
- carbocation 13y agoThe "heritability of sleep duration" appears to be 30/40%, so there is a meaningful contribution from genetic variation. For citations, google the quoted portion.
