- ennuihenry 14y agoThe merchant bank probably has a default chargeback fee that Unknown Worlds agreed to when they signed up with them. For instance, Balanced Payments (https://www.balancedpayments.com/docs/overview?language=bash#pricing-and-fees https://www.balancedpayments.com/docs/overview?language=bash...) has a $15 chargeback fee. It's incumbent on the business to review the fees before signing up.
