So, the error wasn't amended and the form wasn't signed. Now you have to put up with the law. If the agent said they didn't care about the error, surely the correct course of action would be to correct it and sign it.
Am I missing something?
- dhimes 14y agoNo- you are correct. The authorities should be pursued by the author until the paperwork is properly handled. The person who seized the boat should have to answer for trying to intimidate the author into signing false documents. This is all provable.
