I've had fantastic managers at terrible companies. In each case, I left because of the company, not because of the manager.

- PonyGumbo 14y agoReally ineffective performance measurement standards and incentives. When there is no reward for going above and beyond or penalty for simply coasting by, you're essentially creating a haven for shitty employees.
