I had the exact same idea, which I worked on for a while about a year ago, as with lots of projects, it didnt get finished. :) As other have commented, a discussion area for each change would be very interesting, especially if there are multiple changes happening at the same time. I can imagine not everyone want this focus on changed tos, but its very good the user can easily get the information.
