Happy to help. 911 is the primary "call for service" channel for most police departments.
- c0nducktr 3d agoJust want to add that myself to the list of people who can't imagine calling 911 for a non-emergency. Never in my life have I heard anyone assume it's for that purpose.
- nullocator 3d agoI've personally never come across a police department or sherrif in the U.S. that doesn't have a non emergency number. I'd assume thats what you should call for things that aren't an emergency? They've never told me to call back and call 911.
