I went and checked, a big house in Porto, in the Marquês area (very much one of those purple streets in Monopoly) goes for over a million euros, and she casually mentions she bought two!
Five years ago the golden visas was still in effect, so the A2 language thing is just for show, she bought a luxury home so she has permanent residency.
Of course the healthcare is great compared to the US, she doesn't work so doesn't pay taxes to fund it. It's probably genuinely top of the line, there are several central hospitals in almost walking distance.
So this is like a profile of someone who bought a house in Brooklyn that likes to walk in Central Park and go to Bellevue for free.
At least she lives in the house, it's better than leeching off some working family with usury rents.
