The page is its own argument against de-anglicisation of programming: it shows in french for me. I don’t speak french.
English is good enough for being the lingua franca of programming, technology and science.
It’s frankly one of the last issues we should be bothering with.
- intlites 5d agoLet the stupid foreigners have their pride. They are lightyears behind us in the United States mentally. We invent everything. The rest of the world pretends to be superior. As they play catch up. Decades later. Consider an Indian: an Indian is basically an animal. An animal in clothing with flashy gold and the latest Tesla etc. - but a dumb animal. But they will speak as if they are so superior! Let them try to make a foreign language LLM or invent anything novel. I think it’s funny. As you pointed out it didn’t even work lol Nothing they (non-Americans) do or say is correct
