Failure on the Swiss flag: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Switzerland https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Switzerland The Swiss flag is square, instead of the rectangular shape typical for national flags. Even if it were to be the civil & state ensign, the cross must remain "quadratic" with the horizontal and vertical arms the same width. They clearly aren't, and it looks horrible.
