Not really, VW just announced that they're laying off 50k people and closing plants all around Germany. They're one of the biggest employers. Deindustrialization continues unabated, and business closures aren't slowing down.
I have no idea what these indicators you're talking about are exactly. The indicators I'm seeing is that Germany was cut off from cheap pipeline gas that its industrial economy was built on, and now there's another energy shock from war on Iran. On top of that, China is now taking over the same industrial niches enjoying access to much cheaper energy which lower input costs across the board.
