Took me ages of tapping around before I hit a page that obtusely says "NAND needs a desktop" and then another ten seconds before I realized that was telling me I'm blocked on mobile.
If you're going to block mobile devices, make it upfront and obvious because 80% of people who land on your site will probably be on one.

- xdavidliu 10d agothe "snappy quick-witted style" of this along with "think X but with Y" makes me think this is the type of prose that gets rated higher in post-training RL or something and yet annoys the heck out of actual readers
- charlesfrisbee 7d agoThat's funny I genuinely could not think of another way to try an engage the people who play Turing Complete on Steam so I just gave this a whirl. In my head everyone on hn has played it but clearly not
