- like_any_other 9d agoYes there is. It's much easier to enforce laws if everyone's electronics tattle on them, or if they are otherwise sabotaged, as with DRM, than if citizens have tools that answer to and obey only them. If there were no other power than political, we wouldn't need weapons to fight wars or rebellions.
