I'm actually surprised anyone ever thought it was not a military thing.
- nolok 10d agoMaybe I phrased it wrong, it's not my native language ? I meant it "it's not just a military restriction thing when they think there is military danger, it's an economic thing for when they can take advantage over a seller, and who the buyer is doesn't even matter".
