I think people overestimate the effect of representation of specific programming languages or frameworks. I had Codex or Claude create simple web apps for me in Objective-Smalltalk. And it did a good job. I am pretty sure that Objective-Smalltalk web apps are so underrepresented in the training set as to be almost or even actually nonexistent.
