Transparent lottery protocol – partners wanted

Hey everyone, I built a provable and transparent global lottery technology called Ultima about six months ago. It has been working flawlessly using merkle tree commitments and +X anchor heights from BTC and ETH combined to derive randomness. This technology allows for any lottery to be run more transparently and without regard for jurisdiction. I have the entire business plan, go to market, and regulatory framework built. What I need is a co-founder or CEO with experience in finance, blockchain, and/or gaming technology because I am currently CEO and Founder of REO Trucks and in good faith I cannot do anymore than act as founder/creative for this project.
