  Those are presumably owned by the state, so there's no permit to revoke.

  The governor did address this. The primary concern is that these systems are being intentionally diminished as LPRs, and he specifically warned of a "digital AI surveillance state" when giving comments about it. He has also suggested ending toll programs, or exempting residents from tolls, so this is pretty consis
